Here's René de Rastignac, a fuckin' french collabo' who betrayed his country, his family, and his dignity only for power...

René was born in Paris in August the 24th 1913. He is Louis's cousin, but hate him because of his sucess with the girls far more superior to his own. His big lack of sex apeal and mediocrity have always been making of him the laughingstock of his entourage.
Then when the Marshall Pétain began to collaborate with Hitler in 1940, he ran to commit to the French Gestapo to get power, women under his threat to have sex with him, Jews's wealth after sending them to death camps...
All his over-zealous attitude to the Vichyist France and the German occuppying force made his family hating him for being a France's traitor. But the worst of all was when René denounced and tortured his uncle Pascal (Louis's father) before sending him to his boss, the German SS Siegfried von Witzland to be killed by this last one...
Louis never forgave that to René and when this last one came back from Britain as a soldier, he took his combat knife and curved a deep svastika on his forehead skin to let an indelible scar on it (a punishment that he considers as even worst than death as even if René survive to the war, he will never be able to live a normal life and to face himself in the front of a mirror again).
But Louis was wrong in a way, because René has an opportunity to flee to Argentina after the war to avoid "the great purge" led by the french resistants on the former vichyist collaborators after France's liberation in 1944. There, he raised oxes as a farmer in the pampa, always wearing a large hat to hide his scar, there he believed himself as out of danger... Until Louis and some of his former Shadow Commandos comrades found and killed him in 1953

You should really draw something about Louis carving that Swastika on his head. Like for example Rene tied up on a chair and Louis slowly carving it with a grin on his face :3
